OUR JOURNEY
We started our unofficial journey in 2012 Scholars Education and Welfare Academy obtained official registration in 2016, marking six years of impactful work in education and social welfare. Our journey began with pilot projects addressing education, social welfare, relief, and livelihood, achieving profound transformations for countless underprivileged people.
As an NGO dedicated to marginalized sections, we create affirmative plans for their upliftment. Primary funding comes from social media platforms and permanent donors, enabling the successful execution of various educational initiatives. These include free coaching for competitive exams, focusing on marginalized students, especially women.
Currently, our active projects involve facilitating female students in pursuing correspondence courses at Jamia Millia Islamia, allowing them to earn degrees without regular university attendance. We also provide accessible SSC competitive exam coaching, empowering students from underprivileged families for better government job opportunities.
In addition to education, our livelihood project supports needy individuals in establishing small businesses and fostering dignity in providing for their families. Notably, during COVID-19 lockdowns, we assisted approximately 50,000 families with rations, food, medicine, medical supplies, house rent, and financial aid. Our unwavering commitment to relief efforts ensures continuous support for those in need.
